My sister visited from Chicago and we ran together. She is coming off the Chicago Marathon and is an experienced half-marathon runner. She said the Big Sur Half was extremely well organized. I agree! We both liked the medals a lot, too. I thought it was nice to see the winners running back in while I was on my way out to the turnaround. That was great motivation. Congrats to all the finishers! The weather looks like it cooperated as well because it looks like it was a very nice day. Would have been fun to be there.
